Missed our last community ruck and this cool patch? Or maybe you want a second one. Here is another chance to earn it. Same route, more weight, more great company, less haze (hopefully). Limited spots available.
We’ll meet at the GORUCK Store on Sunday, 1 November at 10AM, then follow the Singapore River to Fullerton Bay, Marina Bay Sands, Helix Bridge and the Esplanade before finishing back at the store (We have an underground route as a backup in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.).
The route is approximately 5.5km, with an estimated duration of 1.5–2 hours.
It’s beginner-friendly:
Difficulty rated: 1/5
Route length rated: 1/5
Elevation/incline rated: 0/5
Overall difficulty: 1/5
Bring at least 1L of water and any medications you may need. If you’re new to rucking, aim for a pack weight of 5–10lbs. Seasoned ruckers can carry 20lbs or more, depending on their comfort and experience.
Good footwear, a poncho or umbrella, N95 masks, snacks and electrolytes are also recommended.
